New Brunswick

New Brunswick does not have a formal province-wide program for the disposal of household pharmaceutical waste.  Some pharmacies offer and finance voluntary take-back programs for certain drugs.  For more information please contact your local pharmacist.

NOT all Household Hazardous Waste Depots accept pharmaceuticals.  Contact your regional Solid Waste Commission directly to find out what items are accepted.
